Biography

203.png5PlFC8r.png3507.png13395.png
Despite being born to Tapiwa and Attis, Schorl has taken Gaius as his father. Being the estranged child has never bothered him as he prefers Attius and Gaius anyway. His fathers are quite proud of his quick wit and interest in dark magic. He demonstrated a talent for these magicks despite being born Light. His calm nature means he often gets mistaken for a much older dragon.

Schorl took an interest in how dark magic reacts with physical objects and living creatures, rather than the more spiritual and ethereal aspects. His resourceful nature meant he was careful with his experiments and had patience to try again. These experiments render him a bit of an outcast, a rogue, which he doesn’t mind at all. His sharp tongue and dry Draconian demeanor means Schorl is quick to get into fights he can’t necessarily win.

One of his most successful experiments with dark magic was on a wandering Black Wolf in which he performed an intricate spell from his handwritten tome, written in his illegible scrawl and locked with a powerful curse. No one, not even Gaius, knows exactly what he did but the Wolf woke up the next morning speaking strange unknown tongue with eyes that glowed a deep, rusty color. Attis speculates that it possesses the spirit on a dead god, but Schorl refutes this while refusing to give up the ritual. The Wolf speaks constantly to Schorl, sometimes making him laugh or quickly write down something in his tome. The has caused many members of the clan to shun him even more, but of course Schorl doesn’t mind.

The only thing that makes Tapiwa ponder is the odd lack of disfigurement on her child's face. What could have caused Fen'Harel's grip to weaken on the body... unless it has taken hold elsewhere. One can often see Schorl with Merrill, conversing about the shade and all sorts of ethereal magic. Very few question the pair's doings, except Dorian. Who usually questions everything concerning Merill anyways.(Written by Asilas)
