Subject seems to think it is a vehicle of transportation.  
This large cryptid was found by a local, wandering in the dead of night along a lonely forest road in Germany. Upon locating we was found it be rather docile in nature, and easily contained with the help of a large spotlight with a red lens. It's speech seems to be confined to only one phrase in the form of a question: "Break light?" The voice seems to be mimicking a particular human voice and he seems incapable of making any other noises similar to human speech. It seems content with numerous red lights within it's confinement unit, though we have had to triple the size to keep it from being agitated as it clearly needs space to move about in. It's class was recently altered to Beta, due to an unfortunate incident. If injured, it bleeds a thick, black liquid, though we have yet to collect a sample. It seems to heal at an incredible rate before we can collect, and the dripping liquid vanishes. More study is required before we attempt to sedate it to obtain a sample.
