This owner of this toy was once young and beautiful, though time and grief proved to be far too much for her. After the end of her life, it was assumed that would be the end of it. Her things were sold, and everything seemed to be in order despite the renewed grief. The finding of a small rubber duck in the bathtub one day proved to be the start of much more than grieving over the loss of a loved one. The rubber duck was buried with the victim but seemed to reappear without any care for that fact and would at times ooze a strange, dark substance from the eyes. That was about the time the sickness spread through the home. By the time we heard of the incident, the whole town was being affected. We contained the entity as quickly as possible and locked it away. No one is allowed within sight of it without numerous layers of bullet proof glass between them and the cryptid. We have yet to discover if whatever is possessing the toy is indeed the deceased coming back from beyond the grave to judge those who left her behind in her grief, or if it is something else altogether entirely which may have been the cause of the long line of family sorrow all along.
