Nimbus

As a hatchling, Nimbus melted Shay's heart with one blink of his big green eyes. He spent his baby days scampering around the lair and enjoying all the privileges that came with being the youngest in the clan, but now he's grown up. Sort of.

Nimbus looks up to Stirling and can often be found curling around one of the massive Guardian's legs, much to Stirling's annoyance. Unfortunately for Stirling, Nimbus is the sort of dragon who shows affection through teasing and pranks.

Nimbus is the leader of the clan's little pack of hatchlings and young dragons. They get into all sorts of trouble together. Shay berates Nimbus for being a bad role model, but she can't stay mad at him for long. Swift, on the other hand, scolds Nimbus constantly. Nimbus can't get away with anything around her.

Recently Nimbus bumped into a shiny pink Spiral named Laika on a gathering excursion. They talked for three hours, having three conversations at once while twisting around in weird loop-dee-loops midair. Then they simultaneously tried to pull a prank on each other-- and laughed as they both crashed to the ground in a big, twisted Spiral knot. And then they both fell suddenly asleep. The other dragons couldn't get them untangled, so they just hauled the two of them back to the lair. Laika kinda never left.

Nimbus gets a crazy feeling in the pit of his stomach whenever he looks into Laika's electric blue eyes. He isn't sure what to do with all these emotions.
