Biography
Literally, "Crafter" in the old tongue, Kelisea lives up to her name by teaching the younger ones to read and write, molding them into productive members of the clan. Even older dragons that are new to the clan need to learn the Old Tongue in the case they are already literate in runic.
She is seen as Clan Mother even though it is not an official title.
Like all the elders who have a secondary, secretive job, it is Kelisea's job to monitor and ensure the new ones all have the proper levels of Keir Efinar strain. By slowly increasing the amount of strain within the young dragons with each teaching "lesson", the members of the clan safely build up a tolerance. Enough to make them infectious but not enough to cause the dragon physical discomfort. Any that show signs of succumbing to the strain's ill effects are sent quickly to the healer or to Ricar for a blessing.
