Honestly, he's just here to hunt and wrestle the invaders at Focal Point. Does he have a cool past? We'll never know, since he literally doesn't care about his life story or whatever. Just let him WRESTLE ALIENS DAMNIT.

Peridot recommends to go talk to his wife if you're looking for Cool Backstories. Hers is the best, but he admits he's biased.

Peridot's many fights with aliens have earned him a place on the Council, although he's not sure why. Something about Intergalatic Security? Whatever.
