Originally from the Tangled Wood, Gumdrop has always been a curious girl. As she learned witchcraft in the heart of the Grove, Gumdrop experimented with new techniques- and a little bit of magecraft. Her experiments create a rift between herself and her teacher, and once she completed her apprenticeship the two parted ways.

Gumdrop had a simple, if solitary, life in the Driftwood Drag. This changed when a young mage named Nacre came to her doorstep and asked to be taught witchcraft. Gumdrop agreed- but only if Nacre would teach her magecraft in return.

As the two shared their knowledge, they found in each other a kindred spirit; later, a deep romance. The two married after a year, continued their studies in Tangled Wood for another three, and moved to Starfall fairly recently. The Clan's openess to both magecraft and witchcraft made them eager to join, and the two were quickly initiated.

Although Narce and Gumdrop are fairly new to the clan, their experience in both magical arts have made them invaluable mediators between the Circle and the Coven; soon after they joined the Clan, they were offered spots on the Council. While the first couple of weeks were a bit tense, they are now some of the most well-respected members.
