Cray

Cray is not a living dragon, but a haunted statue of one. He is slightly larger than a Mirror and his elemental ice powers very potent. He was found frozen deep underground in the ruins of Ghostlight; nobody is sure how old exactly he is, or who constructed the statue.

He does not speak (though he can open his mouth to bite or shoot ice) and is unresponsive for the most part towards other people and the environment around him, unless he is in a battle. He is relentless, fierce, and difficult to hit. His preferred methods include stalking unknowing dragons via underground tunnels to surprise them with a sudden barrage of attacks in close range. Fire has little if any effect on him at all given his stone and metal form. Due to how heavy he is, however, he cannot fly.

When not patrolling the island's borders, he can occasionally be found lurking in the darker or colder areas of Newforge, though he keeps away from most other dragons if he can help it. Some don't even know that he's not just a statue.

The only people he seems to listen to are Eranth and Neve, occasionally reacting to their words with a flick of his wings or a shake of his head. He takes orders very literally and without emotion, carrying them out almost single-mindlessly at the exact designated times. Given that he has no need to eat, sleep, or drink, though, nothing else is in the way to take a higher priority.
