"The plants in this wasteland is much more durable than those of my home. It's.. fascinating" ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ Ramedar origins from the depths of the Shrieking Wilds where he hatched into a proud clan of dragons living in close contact with the nature around them. His home consisted mostly of talented herbalists, druids or biologists who would offer their services to those who could pay for them. They drew their talents from their close relationship with nature and would use methods many others would see an unothodox. During his youth Ramedar went through a rigorous training to gain knowledge about plants and survival in the wilds. A method his father and teacher would often use, would be to have him eat various plants to properly learn their effects and how to recognize them. Because of this unusual training, Ramedar unfortunatly developed a mild addiction to chewing on leaves from certain plants, including a common form of ivy. As Ramedar grew up, he sought out more and more exotic and strange plants to learn about them and when he had learnt what he could in The Viridian Labyrinth, he traveled west towards the Scarred Wasteland to learn about the plantlife there. When he found Cresent Rock, he finally found a place he could use as base and research facility and since he arrived, he has established what is known as The Emerald Sanctuary within the refuge; a large, lush garden in an enormous cave with plants spanning from everywhere in Sornieth. During his travels he happened to strumle upon the young dragon Arima, who he quickly took a shine to as he recognized her affinity for magic, quick wit and high intelligence as good qualities as an apprentice. He offered to teach her and they traveled together for many years. When Ramedar takes trips out into the wasteland, Arima will usually tag along. As a dragon, Ramedar is strong willed, independent, systematic and intelligent. He always strives to seek new knowledge and will gladly trade information with travelers as well as buying seeds or books from them. He is not the most social dragon in the refugee and will not usually seek out company outside the dragons who frequent the Emerald Sanctuary. He does not talk a lot about his past and youth with many other dragons and will often change the subject if asked too much about it. The one most often found covered in leafs. R E L A T I O N S
