A lot of it" ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ When Tharlin visits the courtyard of the refuge, the quiet, looming presence of Marrow is always close by. Marrow serves as Tharlins more or less permanent bodyguard and always follows the smaller fae around wherever he goes. The duo can often be found scavenging the wasteland for potential wares for Tharlin to bring and sell. Out of the two, Tharlin is the one who usually does the talking and Marrow will simply follow him around - not only offering protection but also quite often serve as an intimidating presence which can be surprisingly effective at mitigating dragons trying to cheat or scam Tharlin. How Marrow came into the service of Tharlin, is unknown to anyone but the two. The most likely story, is that Tharlin simply hired him once and Marrow just stuck around. Sometimes other dragons have tried offering Marrow money or similar items of value in return for him not only protecting them but few has also tried bribing him into double crossing Tharlin, something Marrow always coldny refuse. Marrow is not exactly the most inviting dragon to speak with, he is very solitary and keeps to himself when the duo visits the refuge. He also very rarely goes inside for anything else than food or medicinal care. Marrow takes a shiny to very few dragons at the refuge, but he does have a few friends that he is willing to talk to or spend a little time with when he and Tharlin visits.
