Biography
A proud and graceful dragon, Shanoa is Corvid's mate and fellow protector of the Cavern. She is close friends with Gwenfair and aided the Pearlcatcher in decorating the Cavern's roof with its glittering crystalline lights.
When her mate objected, protesting that the Cavern's dark stillness should be preserved, Shanoa laughed at him. It only takes a little light to bring out the beauty present in darkness, she argued, and when Corvid looked over her gleaming scales, gold-on-black like his own, he found that he was unable to argue with her.
Like her mate, Shanoa's scales glow with a brilliant inner light, but she takes no precautions to hide their shine. She is more than adept at defending the Cavern, plunging down from the heights with wings tucked tightly to her sides. Her roar, so high-pitched as to almost be a whistle, is often the last thing her enemies hear.
