Maintaining a new allegiance to the Arcanist and the clan, this group of water dragons, almost as if in a sub-clan, have formed their own ship's crew. Their ship, the Nematic arrives in other lands by port, and is another means of gathering, trading, and profiting. The word nematic itself is an adjective referring to a state of liquid crystal, representing the crew's dual nature of water and association with the Crystal Nook.

Doctor Discovery
83.png Doomsire was found by the Nematic, marooned on an island near the nature territory. He was originally brought on as a common sailor, but earned the title of ship's doctor when he helped Karst after he broke his leg in a docking accident. Doomsire stated that the nature of healing was something he learned while in the Viridian Labyrinth. Each new experience with a medical situation is added to his pearl as a memory for him to look back on in future events.

- number 9 of pirate code states compensation for pirates who experience bodily loss. doomsire attempts to avoid amputation of patients because of this and only does it as a last resort.
