Aralyn was born as an astronomer. After being snatched from a plague nest, Aralyn hatched without knowing her family. At first it confused her and made her distraught. As a hatchling, still growing, she would glance out of the window in the orphanage and wish with all her heart that she would be able to meet her family. It was there that Aralyn began mapping out the stars.

Once appointed, it was her job to watch the constellations and report her findings of the universe. Amusingly, Aralyn would be seen toting a telescope through the clan. Sometimes, the telescope was much heavier than her and she struggled to fly through the clan with the massive weight. However, she refused to let another dragon touch her valuable treasures.

And just as she had done as a hatchling, Aralyn would gaze out the window and get lost in the mysterious beyond. Sometimes she would fly as high as she could in order to reach the new, undiscovered areas before swooping back down to report her findings.

Her area in the clan was filled with parchment and quills that were in constant use. Aralyn protected this more than any mere hoard of this reasure: it was her experience that knowledge was far more valuable than wealth.
