They share one soul.

From the moment that they hatched, Tamsyn and Jamsheed were inseparable: they knew that one could not exist without the other. One mind, one soul.

By turns playful and serious, the hatchlings Tamsyn and Jamsheed confounded their parents. And it didn’t take Vianne and Zelophehad long to give up trying to tell them apart; they started simply calling their eldest children “The Twins”.

One mind, one soul.

They grew, and the pull of the Search grew with them. And then one day they encountered the Coliseum. And they knew, just as they knew they shared a soul, that it was their Charge to battle, to defend their clan and provide for it.

They do not care who they're fighting - with one exception. During a battle in the Mire, Jamsheed lost an eye to a Scythe Kamataichi. With him blinded and bleeding, it was Tamsyn who killed the offending monster. Ever since, they have held a grudge against the Kamataichi weasels.

These days, however, they tend to leave the Mire to Rhonwen and her trainees: there are other venues where they can better provide for the clan.
