When I was born, I had a magic that was unseen by the likes of my peers previous to my birth. I was gifted with the ability to heal and the ability to bend magic to my will. I was always eager to learn and improve my magical abilities and use what skills I had to help people. But, my efforts weren’t always well received… throughout my life I wasn’t able to save every soul that came into my care. This caused some of my patients and their family to take a more... physical retribution that left my face scarred so badly that I wear a mask to cover the wounds.

After my failure I was rejected by those who I had helped. My self-esteem was wrecked and I seriously questioned whether or not my magic was the ‘gift’ I had thought of it before. I was a stray with no place to call my home. That was until Elen found me.

As soon as Elen found me, she offered me a position in Zira’s clan. Zira only agreed to this because she needed someone with my abilities with healing. But still I was untrained and not up to the standards that Zira wished for, so she trained me to the best of her abilities and under her I honed my abilities and gained the control I required. Around this time I joined the lair’s battalion of fighters where I used my ability to help us gain the upper hand.

In Zira’s clan I found my home, a place of pure acceptance. Here I was welcomed as the healer I had become. I found a joy in my ability to heal and taught others the skills I had learned. Many view me as warm and friendly despite my masked elegant appearance, but they forget I am nothing compared to Elen. And then there is my greatest joy in my life, Gryth. He’s my mate. They call him the Alchemist but his corrosive and sometimes explosive title doesn’t stop him from loving me and being my prince charming.
