She calls herself an artist. Twirling and dancing, ribbons of color splashed against her wall, intricate designs and looping swirls carved into pristine ivory.

The colors, the style, the way her brush sweeps and dives.

It is art.

She is art.

An artist, a creator of new worlds, a creator of joy and sorrow and everything in between.

Some whisper, behind closed doors and nervous giggles, that her ‘art’ was made from the victims of her charm, from those dragons who were never heard from again.

And if her paint resembles the color of dried blood, or her ivory carving resembles a Pearlcatcher’s horn… Well, that was just coincidence, wasn’t it?
