Whenever Dalton isn't entertaining those gathered around the bonfire, he's occasionally off delivering gifts to lairs in the other flights. He likes to arrive quietly so he can get a good sense of the lair he's visiting. He's learned in his travels that even a gift delivery can change the smell of the members as they shift from relaxed to wary if any catch sight of him before he can present himself to the Clan leader.

The one time he hadn't minded being seen was on the delivery to Clan of the Lionfish during Rockbreakers. A young Nocturne had rushed after him with gifts hastily packed from her clan's hoard. She'd flown above him calling greetings, then pelted him with the gift bag; he'd laughed all the way home.
