Biography

A ship whose wood lives so vibrantly, it has sprouted along its mast. Spixworth is a formiddable drakkar, looming over most other longships, and thus capable of taking heftier crewmembers. Despite being plenty able to carry dragons, he doesn't: this is a pirate ship owned and run by beastclan, used in raids exclusively against landbound dragon lairs.

The leafy cover over his sails and the rugged, unfinished hull combine to present the appearance of a felled tree afloat at sea. As such, Spixworth's approach is rarely noticed until he has already landed and disembarked half his crew.

The element of surprise is half the battle, after all.
