Frankie here doesn't like being called Frankie boy. You call him that to his face and you are going to be quickly thrown out the door by his brother Boxcar. The only dragons allowed to call him Frankie boy is his brothers. They only say it when they are messing with him. Frankie is the bookie of the casino. All of the Casino's income go through his claws. He controls where money goes and how it is spent. He is very frugal compared to his patrons that frequent the casino.
