If you heard Orodruin's deep, gruff voice, you might assume that he was a large dragon, though the stocky but diminutive fae carries himself with the strength of the biggest guardian. His breed wouldn't be the only thing to surprise you - Orodruin's alarming primal eyes, partly hidden behind protective specs, would immediately catch your attention. The fae smithy also boasts an impressive fiery moustache due to the flames he blows out of his nostrils, and his fireproof scales protect him from the cloud of smoke and embers that follow him wherever he goes. A master blacksmith specialising in weaponry and battle attire, Orodruin is a skilled but impatient dragon who can be quick to lose his temper.

Orodruin's unique talents made a name for him in his home region, with requests from rich and prestigious lairs pouring in from all over The Ashfall Waste. But the dour fae had no interest in money, and grew tired of making pretty armour for spoilt princes and ceremonial weapons for lords who would never see battle. So after hiring fellow brothers from the Pyromasons as apprentices to take over his workshop, Orodruin moved east into the neighbouring desert to join a clan who had long been customers of his, and whose warriors he viewed worthy to wield his creations. After setting up a new forge in the heart of the lair, the solitary blacksmith is content to now spend his days constructing, fixing, and improving the clan's battle gear, and occasionally aiding the tech and science teams with their projects.
