"Have you a question for my third eye
to answer?"
Her egg stolen by a warlock and used as vessel for a spirit he released on the leap day, Kashiri is a desert nomad, a fortune-teller whose forced connection to the supernatural world gives her strange powers. Mutated by the possession, her third eye can see past, present and future, not often in great detail, but enough to earn a few coins amongst the villages of the arid sand dunes. It was in one of these that Kashiri met Raythe, a fellow wanderer who befriended her and took her back to his clan.

The Lastsparks took pity on the quiet bogsneak, and once they had gained her trust she agreed to stay and allow the mages of the coven to research the being living inside her. So far, they have discovered that it is of a parasitic nature, using Kashiri as a host body so that it may experience the world of the living. It is neither benign nor malevolent in nature, merely curious, though resistant to unweave itself from Kashiri's essence. Bound together, the dragon and the spirit must be as one to stay alive, as it seems their fates are irrevocably entwined.

Up to the task, various departments of the clan are collaborating to find a new receptacle for the spirit. The engineers are brainstorming some type of automaton, the sorcerers are considering a clay golem, and the resident necromancer has offered to reanimate a corpse for a new host. But it is delicate work, and much experimentation is needed before any attempts can be made to separate Kashiri from the entity. In the meantime, the bogsneak uses her gifts to aid in the fortunes of her clan, and she also serves those who are brave enough to seek her out. It takes a strong heart to look into the weeping black sockets of her misshapen face and wait for the third eye to open, listening to the unearthly voice as it croaks your secrets and desires...
