Angel of hope, his voice is his weapon. He casts powerful magic with song, and can compose speeches that would move most who heard them even if they weren't magically imbued. His presence is comforting, and he brings light to the darkest of places. He prefers to resolve conflict peacefully and through compromise, but he has no problem leading a revolution against tyrants if it is necessary.

He likes to spend his time disguised as a mortal so he can help them more directly. In this form, he loves to frequent casinos and bring dragons there good luck and joy. It is also a good place to find those down on their luck who need his help. He loves the bright lights and fun sounds there too; its a nice break from his stuffy office, where he does the surprisingly large amount of paperwork angels are made to do.
