This woeful dragon resigns himself to wandering the reefs around Sorneith. His mind is spoiled with crippling depression, causing him to hide among the coral. He only takes only vague comfort in his companion familiar and massive collections of seashells and other oceanic finds.

He enjoys the brief moments he has with others, and tries to be accommodating. But he comes across as crazy, and violent, because of his impaired ways of showing emotion.

Koefu has made friends with the Wanders Heartspell and Tier, two airship crewmen from the Nexus. They drop by to acquire aquatic fish shipments, and give Koafu any interesting items they find.
They met when the airship flew into a dangerous waters to deliver a shipment of papyrus paper from Wind territory. The airship went down into the ocean and the airmen almost died, when Koefu rescued them.
