B I O G R A P H Y

A mysterious entity, came to Sornieth one night, straight from a portal from an underworld. It was a little demon, who wanted to escape his big brother's torture. With nowhere else to go than this world of dragons, he took on the form of a little dragon baby as a disguise. He had to give up a good portion of his power, shortening his life immensely. That little demon was raised by the Clan of the Ghostly Whisp's, who suddenly got that strange egg that contained him... They treated him as one of their own from the very start, and gave him a name (Stargazer) and loved him dearly. Years passed, and he grew up eventually.
But Stargazer was not like any ordinary dragon. He was still a little demon, an Incubus, that only looked like a dragon. He escaped from the underworld to become stronger, to withstand the force of evil that was his own brother Vitra. He never intended to stay... because He knew he couldn't. He would always have to be careful not to harm his adopted family. As an Incubus, he had to eat emotions, but if he ate too much from a single dragon, they might get hurt. His biggest weakness was the fact that his Dragon disguise started to fall apart, so he would have no choice then to leave them eventually... But then he fell in love...

He firstly ever really noticed him when they both stayed outside of the Big Top of the Twilight Circus at night after their show. The stars were shining brightly and it was very warm.. Stargazer couldn't sleep. It was one of those nights, where he would stay wide awake, wondering what would come after his time in Sornieth. It was a beautiful world, yet he knew very well, he would have to leave eventually. His body wasn't made to contain a demon permanently. One day it would fall apart completely, forcing him to leave forever. As he thought about all of this, a Pearlcatcher landed near the big Top. He went to his usual place and sat down. Ben. Stargazer new Ben. Of course. Everyone did. Ben was that dragon who almost always slept outside, rarely talked to anyone, but was still a nice company if he ever did.. Ben looked at him that night, asking: "What's on your mind? I can tell that you are worried about something. I also happen to know that you rarely sleep..."

Ben was quite but very observant. It should not have been a surprise for Stargazer that the Ambassador noticed his strange behaviour. But it was. Did Ben watch him? Maybe..? Stargazer sighed. Then he suddenly gave in and told him everything he had on his mind. How he was really a demon, wich most of the clan knew anyway, but they didn't realize that his body got weaker because it couldn't contain him.. He told Ben that he would have to leave Sornieth soon if nothing happened to prevent it. And how he wondered what would happen to him if the time to leave finally came.. Normally he wouldn't bother to tell anyone what he felt. But he felt like he could trust Ben with everything. Ben listened carefully. Then he stood up and walked to the entrance of their tent, where Stargazer sat. He gently brushed Stargazer without realizing it, and looked into the darkness of the tent. He asked: "Did you tell anyone else? They have to know.. we have to find a way to stop this!" Something changed within Stargazer that very moment. He couldn't lay a claw on it but he felt something he never felt bevor. "No. I didn't.. except for my parents and our Ringmaster no one knows of this..." Ben turned and looked at him. "Let's tell them then. We will find a way to help you."

______ What Ben didn't know at that time, was the reason why Stargazer came to Sornieth in the first place. In fact, no one knew. The force of evil he tried to escape from, was his own brother. Vitra. Vitra was a demon just like Stargazer, but evil and much stronger than him.. so Stargazer knew he had to get stronger. Yet he found himself using his last energy to be near the Dragon he eventually fell in love with; Ben. But how would Stargazer know that his brother knew exactly how to find him? That he was already in Sornieth.. maybe even near his Circus...
He did not know this. But he told Ben about Vitra. They spent a lot of time together, after Stargazer opened himself up to the quiet Ambassador. Ben did everything he could to figure out how to save Stargazer. He even called for help from other Clans. They found a book with a spell that could potentially help,.and so they temporarily left the twilight Circus to set out and find everything they needed to stop the decay of Stargazer's body...

______ It was a long journey, but after months of pain, Ben and Stargazer management to somehow find the ingredients and the spells, that finally saved the little demon. It was very hard, but they did it. Three spells where necessary. When the last one was cast by Ben himself, the little demon transformed.

______ His body stopped falling apart. The pain went away.. and as he opened his eyes, he knew he could stay in Sornieth. With Ben.. Ben who he fell in love with more and more over the past months of their travels. Being so close to him for all this time had only depend his desire to be with the odd Pearlcatcher for the rest of his life. But how? Ben may have accepted his demonic nature, and even let him feed on his emotions, when he found out that the little demon would starve otherwise. But.. having a romantic relationship? It was all Stargazer wanted.. and Ben already knew about his feelings anyways. So when they returned to the Clan of Shadows, the little demon decided, he'd ask the Peacekeeper out. On a Date.

B I O G R A P H Y

Well things never go quite as planned out. When Stargazer and Ben arrived back home, they found themselves face to face with the fact that a certain demon had found the Clan and was now a part of it. Vitra was one of the first dragons to welcome them back home.. as all of the other members of the Clan came to see them, Stargazer fell into a state of shock.. "what's he doing here?" He burst out, causing confusion. His clan was ready to celebrate his rescue, yet he seemed like he was ready to fight someone. "He's surprised to see his beloved brother. That's all. Ignore that." Vitra replied wickedly. "Let's have a little fun together.. shall we?" He then whispered, in an attempt to frighten Stargazer. But Ben heard it. And most importantly, he knew about Vitra already. He knew all the secrets, Stargazer wouldn't share with anyone else. So he stepped up to Vitra and told him: "Leave my boyfriend alone you slimy creature.." Stargazer looked at him in amazement. Then he paused. ...Boyfriend?

The way they became a couple might not be your typical love story... but they still managed to find a piece of happiness with each other. They even managed to have a family, despite them both being male.. the two of them adopted a little baby dragon, who was abandoned by his family. They named him Celestial and raised them as their own child.

Celestial is all grown up now and Stargazer is working as the Twilight Circuses Demon attraction. Most of his time when he's not performing, he'll just stay with Ben, who guards the place where they are currently staying...
