DESCRIPTION
Boatswain

As the ship's boatswain, NAME takes care of several assorted jobs. He primarily makes sure that the Dreadful Deceit is in good shape (inspecting the hull, ropes, and sails). Other responsibilities include leading supply trips to gather food or materials, ensuring the deck is clean, and overseeing the crew as they work (weighing anchor, raising the sails, etc).

THE EMPEROR.

??? is a natural born leader. He hatched from an egg that Maylanth found while hunting one day. The pearlcatcher took him back to the clan and hatched him. She taught him about leadership, Skaldi taught him how to fight, and Tori taught him how to keep secrets. ??? was a very fast learner.

He is the clan's most reliable hunter. ??? goes out searching for fresh meat about twice a week. The banescale also happens to be in charge of the clan's familiars. The creatures trust him, for some reason, and follow his commands quickly.
