One way to obtain knowledge is to watch as another learns. Burzkui is one such dragon. While not the chattiest he is eager to listen and learn while his charge, a nocturne small but by no means young, he drinks in all that is said. It is not his goal to be knowledgeable however; he desires to make himself approachable to the hatchling-sized Advisor. His world is no bigger than a Nocturne whose size does not match her age. The fae is a bit of a conundrum amongst his kind, so dedicated to another and chatty despite having only one drake he desires to speak to. But none question it for he is as dedicated to his Tieamat as a Guardian with a charge.

Their relationship is an odd one. Instead of meeting Tieamat as intellectual level he simply keeps by her side. Where she goes, he follows. Where she sleeps, he makes her nest comfortable. When she speaks, his eyes grow somber and he listens with such devotion and intensity it is as though he has raised her. Tieamat recognizes his quirky faithfulness and takes care to acknowledge it when there is a moment in her busy work to do so. The fae could receive no higher praise. Together they hatch ways to better improve clan life and aid their clan leader.

On his own Burzkui is a bit curious. Silent, unmoving, eyes staring intently at whatever phantoms only he can see. What none know is that he enjoys reciting music, though only in his head. The occasional twitch of his feather green tail tip is all that will show he has melodies old and beautiful coursing through his little carrot top. This quirk still shows sometimes as he perches atop Tieamat's backside, quiet as she studies, wondering if he could translate the music into runes to teach the Nocturne. Would she listen? Would she want to learn? Well, he may never know. The only time he ever dared try sing a course squeak escaped his maw. He won't make the same mistake twice.
