Confident and charismatic, Shiva is the adviser - and partner - of the Corporation's leader, Hyperion.
With a questionable love for anything concerning dramatization and brutality, he is also known as the creator of Dream District; a program renowned for punishing murderers through a recreation of the crime scene, executioning them in the same way their victim had to suffer.
It's not uncommon for him to be the mind behind some of the less ethical procedures utilized in The Corporation's facilities, valuing the efficency of results over everything else.
His disregard for others doesn't shy away from occasionally affecting the employees, as his privileged position protects him from paying any consequences for the mistreatment of his subordinates.
Those forced to deal with Shiva's abuse of power know better than to attempt to take action to defend themselves, as it would be a certain way to be demoted and ridiculed further.
