His curious nature led Dante to wander out of his hatchling clan when he was barely old enough to fly. By the time he was noticed missing, he was already too far gone to be found, try as they might. Far from being upset about this, however, he rejoiced in the adventures he had during his travels all through Sornieth. Along the way, he learned of the Beastclans, the secrets of the shadow clans, the work ethic of the lighting clans, and any thousand other of skills.

Even now, he hates to stop wandering. He's made his home in the Vale clan and has proved to be invaluable as he always returns from his adventures with bags of treasure, gems, rare stones, magical items, star fragments, and choice pieces of news from all around the room. It's a good thing he's proved himself so worthy, as his flashy and flamboyant nature irriates Dawnthorn to no end--not that Dante is aware of his disconnect at all.

Though he has no mate, Dante can often be found in the company of Meyer and Jadrev. There's even rumors of a few of Meyer's hatchligs looking quite a bit like Dante...
