Little Eoin came to the tribe at a very young age. He had been named 'Ugly' and disowned, left alone in the cold. As soon as Terabithia saw him, she froze. This little hatchling looked exactly like her, in every way except two: he was a Mirror, and he had pale green eyes instead of dark green. He looked up at her and Terebithia saw just how young he was, but his eyes were already so sad.
"Sirka..." she whispered. Her mate and fellow clan leader, Sirka, landed next to her and saw the hatchling. Terabithia approached the hatchling in his frayed blanket. There was a smooth piece of wood with 'Ugly' engraved on it in rough letters. Terabithia angrily tossed the stick away and attempted to pick the hatchling up, but it was too heavy for her light fae body. Sirka picked up the engraved stick and snapped it, then helped Terabithia pick up the hatchling.
"What will you call him?" Sirka asked.
"Eoin." And from then on, Eoin became a son to Sirka and Terebithia. He was raised with love and care by his adopted parents, and spoiled by his adopted sister, Melorey, and the other clan members. Melorey brought him treats from the kitchen, while Filgoris spent time teaching him how to fight and playfully sparring with him.
