☆ Sharp, hardworking and a little bit strict, Vivi is in charge of keeping order in the Watchtower and making sure everything runs smoothly. She is close friends with Retsurai and her second in command, taking the lead if Retsu has some other business to attend to.

☆ She used to work as one of the medics in the Watchtower, and still likes to put her skills as a healer in good use. She is also an adept user of magic. Vivi and Retsurai tend to have fiery debates over the use of magic versus the pure, hard work they're supposed to conduct in the Lightning flight. She sometimes accompanies the Watchtower's warriors to the battlefield, healing the injured fighters and using Light magic to ward off the enemies.

☆ She might seem a bit distant and cold at first, but she is very pleasant company for those who deserve it. She rarely laughs though, being much like Retsurai in that she puts work above everything else. Only one dragon has seen her soft, affectionate and cuddly side.
