Filou is a charmer and a swindler, and somehow the leader of this ragtag group of dragons. No one's really sure why they follow him, really - ask the longterm staff and residents and they'll just shrug. The years have mellowed him though, and where once he cared for no one but himself, now he has a clan and a home to count among the things that matter most. Sure, you should still watch your things around him, as he's apt to 'borrow' them. And he's overly fond of gambling and drinking and all sorts of shenanigans. But he's a businessdragon now, he's got to have some stability for his customers!

The Inn known as the Shade's Rest is Filou's pride and joy - a place for dragons of all flights and walks of life to stay for a while, enjoy good food and stories (and maybe a little gambling), and then move on to their next destination.

You see, he's not much of a leader - that much he's learned. But what he's good at is knowing other people, and helping them find their own ways forward. Many an aimless dragon has left the Inn with a new clan, a new purpose, and a new outlook.
