Biography

Dear Garreth and Sleet,

First of all, I hope this letter reaches you both well and in good health. Courier waits are always so chaotic nowadays, but I'm sure you'll be back with your home clan before this arrives- or so I hope. Things are getting more and more dangerous, it seems...

Speaking of danger, I also hope you've looked into those catfish, Sleet, because I've never seen them target someone so directly before! Perhaps it could be connected to why those brilliant psyworms were also particularly fiesty during our travels?

Though if you both wish to continue your business in the mire, then I suppose some advice is in order. Garreth, I don't have to remind how often you were hurt first, but I do want to say I'm proud that you already started working on your agility without any input while we were out there. The best warrior is the one who learns. Size can be a good benefit, but it can make you a larger target, as you've seen.

And Sleet? They might be more likely to overlook you most of the time, but all it takes is one hit when you're not looking to critically damage something. Keep your head on a swivel and I believe you'll do just as well.

Oh, but in lighter news, we'd love to have you write back about how everyone traveled! Those two sweetheart noggles were just so cute with their aprons on, but between me and you, though, I think the hatchlings in the Café got attached, aha! They kept pestering my mate about when more 'cooking noggles' will show up.

-Eustanthius

PS: Every time I find a gene scroll out in the wild, I can't help but wonder how it got there. Given how many twos were in the works, maybe it's fate we found our only gene while you two were at 22!
