Maron

Maron's story begins even before Gelida was founded, when he, as a young adult who had just left his birthplace in the Wispwillow Grove, joined a small group of nomadic dragons in the Southern Icefield. He was looking for a new opportunity, and an interesting new environment to thrive in, though he hadn't quite been convinced this is what he was looking for until a Mirror named Moth joined their clan and they settled down in the Snowsquall Tundra to form the Clan of Gelida. This clan would quickly become where Maron thrived, and where he even more quickly formed a longtime best friendship with Moondancer; the two of them both had previous training in being warriors and their training with each other led Maron and Moondancer to become the clans' uncontested strongest and most highly respected warriors. Gelida is a peaceful clan, sure, but especially in a land like Sornieth there's no telling what will happen. Maron's age, strength, and skill in battle, as well as the many years he has spent schooling younger dragons in battle and self-defense, has let him comfortably become one of Gelida's most respected figures, and this is where he still stands today.
