B I O G R A P H Y

Whistling, the Skydancer surveys the dawn of disappearing stars and takes off. She's journeying across the sea this time, checking in on the newest of her network of associates in Water's domain, alerted to a nest hatching with not one, but two primals suspected. Based on her preliminary fieldwork, the distributed device she sent to the expecting hatchlings reported extraordinarily high readings. Her scientific colleagues were befuddled until Hawthorne happened by and blithely remarked it was exactly twice the normal readings. Once verified, that contamination was attributed to having the two eggs too close to each other indeed. That Hawthorne, she thinks, looking towards to her genius mentor, who was currently dozing on Galan's head. One last orientation, checklists, parchments, magnifying glasses, and specimen glassware in hand, she notifies Majesty of her expected trip duration and takes leave. Ah! She almost forgets, but she charms some berries and nuts to find their way into her pouch as she takes to the air.

What mysteries, Magic thinks, to solve today?
Her next question? How aging affects those of primal origin.

Magic's research interests have taken her around Soreinth, ever since her first trip to the Starfall Isles, where a gathering of the most eminent in her field of study pondered the emergence of the primal phenomenon, with the Light delegation.

She also keeps a close eye on the ones that have birthed in her own clan, or in Mara's case, in allegiant nests while Kuster was visiting friends. The ones that have remained here, tolerant of Moon and loving of Moonflower, get regular checkups. Magic has tried to quantify their magical potentials but they erratically swell based on emotion and other mental states, and she has yet to perfect the optimal device that can replicate diagnostic spells. The ones that have made new homes she visits quarterly, often collecting a feather or nail from for her potions and further analysis.

Former clanmates find her visits nostalgic, as she often brings the latest news and achievements of the clan, and the occasional message with parental guidance, along with her.
