Bira住在高高的尖塔上，管理着尖塔顶层的图书馆。尖塔最底部有一扇门，由长长的阶梯连接至顶层的图书馆。不过最后一级台阶上被 Bira刻了传送回门口的传送法阵，所以能到达顶层的人微乎其微，基本只有一年来一次的送伙食人员能进入图书馆。

十分爱护图书馆的书籍，自己也很喜欢翻看，因此虽然身为管理员受到了“不能离开尖塔”的诅咒，但却完全不觉得无聊。爱好是翻找图书馆什么都有的库房，经常能翻出奇怪的东西。

对于“高塔上的图书馆应该是黑暗而无光的”这一说法深恶痛绝，于是把尖塔顶层换成了从库房里翻出来的透明度很好的水晶。在有太阳的时候都会搬椅子坐在水晶下边晒太阳边看书，晴朗的月夜有时还会伴着月光或星光挑灯夜读，因而弄坏了眼睛。

因为从来没出过尖塔，所以很好奇外面的世界，不想看书的时候会坐在水晶幕墙前远望周围的村庄。对少数稀里糊涂跳过最后一级台阶来到顶层的人很友好，会请他们看书喝茶，再聊聊外界的事情，因此在附近村庄的名声很不错。
