Midas / Golden Statue / Able to turn items to Gold

X A golden statue breathed to life; an ostentatious display of wealth that had somehow found its way to the consciousness; a mere inanimate object had become more underneath the spray of magic and hum of words. Midas was born, through fluttered eyelids of confusion and frustration; emotions that overwhelmed him and grounded him; made him feel alive and yet made him feel weak; invulnerable and prone to something he did not understand just yet. Even now, after a few years of living, Midas feels like he is still fumbling, a baby elk just learning to stand – even so; Midas has found a sort of balance between the clan and his own unique way of being. He’s deadpan and serious; joyous occasions are stretched out with a thin smile that decorates his face; he’s closest with Damballah – a strange relationship if you asked anyone in the clan, but closeness, partially the need to be close with magic; the very energy somehow feels like home to Midas, but other side, because he genuinely enjoys the larger imperials company. Silence is treated as routine and normal. He can be the way he wishes to without the constant backlash of “be more emotional’ and which hinders Midas.
