Once the dragon with such a dark pelt his mother feared he was shade infested, Peter was always alone in the world. It was not until the fall of his birth clan that he was left to wander the continent. Wherever he went, Peter found no company, only desolate wastelands once full of life and joy. At last, he came across the Starwood strand, where he found another like him: Selene, protector of the moon. She had also lost everything and was seeking to start over. She invited him to join her clan, in a secluded city atop a tall peak, she and her brethren reigned supreme. He accepted, and became the clan's lookout and stealth guardian, as his universe colored pelt let him blend into the night sky.

Despite his harrowing position and fierce appearance, Peter is a sweet boy who only longs for company. His best friend is his black cat, Polo. He loves stargazing during his job. But that does not mean he is incapable of service. Rather, he uses the stars to guide him on his night shift. It can be a bit disconcerting for other dragons to see a giant massive shadow swoop down in the middle of the night, though.
