- name is a moniker earned through various freelance jobs throughout the shifting expanse; as expected, many of his roles had to do with graphic design in advertising and the like.
- extremely upbeat and optimistic; very rarely extremely upset. most likely to express negativity in silence/discomfort if anything
- lots of hand(claw?) motions
- strong supporter of research and art; founded SIDERALIS as a way for researchers to build off of each other's work and as a tangent from the shifting expanse's traditional work culture
- what he can't do: burn down a forest, create a wall of flame, conjure suffocating clouds of smoke
- what he can do: awe hatchlings by making cute pastel shapes
- more seriously, bitmap's skills lie mostly in manipulating fire's temperature and range in small areas to create colorful miniature figures. this size allows him to work with many entities at once at the cost of far more concentration; such magic is used for purely aesthetic things like fireworks or to illustrate a concept or idea with ease. excellent presenter as a result. very much against using his magic in combat scenarios, even in self-defense.
- good at planning & demonstration, not great at conflict resolution. always at a loss of what to say in such scenarios - commonly defers to authority.
- essentially very charismatic, but does not view himself as a great leader in the least. thus he avoids any sort of language that suggests him as one (often futilely). he would much rather refer to himself as an ambassador or mouthpiece for the company.
