 Amidst the many arcane wizards flowing from the stars, a tiny spiral stood out from all the rest. He was a bright-eyed student from far away, an academy that once specialized in wizardry. But something inside this little one prompted his professors and caretakers to send him to an even better sanctuary. Orphaned yet again, he stumbled up to the gates of the clan of Thunder-Arrow cold and alone. Without even knocking, he was whisked away inside, over one hundred dragons surrounding him whilst they asked many questions and took measurements. All the spirals of the lair approached him, the oracle Oblivion taking special interest in the newest arrival. "what should we call you?" he said to the young spiral. Our young hero did not speak. His aura was too distracted in the ominous feeling Oblivion surrounded himself in. Another spiral: Starcraft;, a female much younger than the oracle scolded him, "Leave him be Oblivion. He's only a child, give him time to gain his full potential. What's your name sweetheart?" "Mage, my name is Mage." "Well Mage, welcome to Thunder-Arrow. According to your code of stars, and apparent odd tertiary markings you will be a cross-house member. The young spiral titled his head in curiosity, "W-What does that mean?" Starcraft beamed down at him, "It means your alliance will lie with three houses instead of just one. The Midnight-Dreamers, Arcanine, and Winterbite will be your designated houses…. There a re plenty of friendly faces her willing to help you. For you are family now, and we will ensure you fulfill your destiny…" Mage's tiny smile finally shone, reassured by Starcraft words. But his ease was interrupted by a magnificent coatl draped in stardust and wisdom, Aeon. Starcraft and Oblivion exchanged concerned looks, it soon became apparent Aeon's intervention meant something else. The coatl approached Mage, shimmering in glory and awe. "A curious child you are, aren't you? So alone, yet so famous…-- "AEON!" snapped Oblivion, "That's enough!" "Is it? Certainly there must be some precedent for accepting a chosen child into our lair…" Mage had heard this term before, never understanding why he was always surrounded in gossip and whispers. "Am I special or something?" he asked. Starcraft gazed into Mage's naive eyes, "Far more than you know…"
