Kamarian came to the Clan by accident. Having left his parent's Lair to search out his own Clan, he traveled all over the Sunbeam Ruins, searching for a place to call home. Having wandered far and wide with very little food, he quickly became malnourished. Eventually, despite his efforts of appearing to be strong, he collapsed, physically and emotionally exhausted. But before he completely blacked out, he saw the fleeting flash of colors along with worried cries. When he woke, he was quite surprised to find himself lying in a soft bed of a cozy and warm Lair, and was much more surprised when a large blue Guardian approached him. Galiwyth, the leader of the Clan, bowed his large Guardian head in greeting before placing food in front of the tired Imperial before leaving the Dragon alone in the room. Quite taken aback by the Guardian's actions, the young Imperial ate in the relative comfort of the other Dragon's hospitality. As he ate, he noticed the increasing number of curious hatchlings that peeked from the doorway at him. He smiled before inviting them to come talk to him. Having spent a few days with the strange, happy, and at that time small clan, the young Imperial came to enjoy all the hustle and bustle if their life style. The Guardian's life Partner, motherly and sweet Milithinal, (it was a huge surprise for the Imperial to meet such a caring Mirror) took care of him as if he was a part of the Clan, as did everyone else. He grew to respect Milithinal but mostly Galiwyth, who guarded the entire clan as his Charge. One day, a few weeks after the Imperial came to be with them, at dinner time they all asked him shyly if he would like to stay at the Clan forever. The hatchlings were very enthusiastic for him to say yes, as they all have grown well accustomed to the Imperial's presence, and after a moment of playful hesitation, he said yes. They all were ecstatic, but when he told them he had no name, they all were quiet for a while, thinking of a good name. It was Galiwyth who decided after a moment that Kamarian was a good name for him, and thus he's been named that way ever since. |

When Gemma succumbed to her sickness, Kamarian felt completely broken. His one true love was gone, and even with his friends surrounding him, he felt lost and alone. He barely registered the futile attempts by his fellow Clansmates to help pick up his spirits, but after a time he did begin to notice something. Rosetta, another Imperial who only recently joined the Clan, every day and every chance she got would visit him and do silly things she would normally never do just to lift his spirits. It never left a mark on him until one day she decided to sing a lullaby, one he was very familiar with. After hearing it, Kamarian became more and more of not only her efforts to lift his spirits but also his fellow Protectors, and finally, after what seemed like and eternity without the sun shining, Kamarian felt like his old self again, dedicating his life to the silly Imperial who wrote the most embarrassingly adorable note ever. Having spent a few days with the strange, happy, and at that time small clan, the young Imperial came to enjoy all the hustle and bustle if their life style. I think Kamarian is somebody who feels like they have to act serious in order to give good impressions for other people. I'm sure he somewhat mostly does this in front of the hatchlings, so that they will grow to respect him, but I think if you got to know him personally, he'd be a really fun and lighthearted guy!
