P E R S O N A L I T Y Mordacai is a very excitable dragon. He is very outgoing and friendly. He is also generous almost to a fault, lending out things that he knows he will never see again. Mordacai is innocent and sweet, showing his love for his friends by showing them in gifts and goodies. His precious mate Misty is dearest to his heart, and he is very clingy around her. He loves sweets and sugary snacks. Even so, you don't need to do much to get on his good side. He has a funny laugh. B I O G R A P H Y Mordacai was a small, resilient hatchling that was part of a large, never-ending family. With such a massive family, he wasn't very lonely, and always had someone to play with. He bonded with one of his siblings in particular; his twin brother Sleet. They were inseparable, doing everything they possibly could together. Despite having such a large family, Hymn and Eos made sure all of their children had a decent education and were all loved and supported. Finding that Mordacai and Sleet had developed a strong connection with magic, their parents sent them to a very notorious magic school in The Beacon of the Radiant Eye. The dynamic duo honed their skills quickly, each of them being as good as the other. By the time they were young adults, they had learned everything their masters could teach them. It was at this point that Mordacai and his twin brother began to study together, dabbling in all different types of magic. Even though the two twins were so similar, one thing was for certain; Mordacai was far more interested in restoration magic than Sleet, who was more focused on illusion. Soon, the time came for the two twins to part ways to settle down and find families of their own. They made their trek to different places; Sleet to the land of the Arcanist where he could study the mystery of space and time to perfect his illusionary skills, and Mordacai to the land of the Plaguebringer, where he could push the strength of his magic to its limits. After a tearful goodbye, the two inseperable twins were finally split apart by the calling of nature. Mordacai soon learned that combating the plague in the Scarred Wasteland would be much more than he bargained for. He was easily tired out when he used his magic here, the decaying lands depriving the life from his life magic. But Mordacai did not let that stop him. He pushed forward, gradually increasing the amount of time he could use his restoration with the cap the Scarred Wasteland put on it. By the time he had finally reached a point where it would take days for him to reach his weak point, Mordacai had heard news of a clan in need; The Wanderer's Enclave had been attacked, and there were few survivors. Quickly, Mordacai found his way to their location, not far from the home he made. The rumors were correct; the clan was completely destroyed, with nothing left but a few survivors. Understanding that the healers had already healed the ill, he began to apply his restoration magic in an interesting way; he used it to repair the destroyed buildings and demolished structures caught in the crossfire. He reversed all of the damage that had been done to the whole town. Praised for his abilities and skill, Mordacai felt that it was his duty to stay here and continue his studies under Megas, the clan leader. |
