Elwyn was the very first dragon to join the Clan. His past as a dragon is a complete secret, and he has refused to spill anything of it. However, when he first saw Karen, it was practically love at first sight. They had many children together, though all ended up getting exalted. The ones that were kept were only related to Karen, not Elwyn, though this does not bother him, as he is glad his mate has descendants in the Clan, regardless of whether or not they're biologically his.

Elwyn fights in the Coliseum and is among the strongest dragons in the Clan, alongside his mate. He is known to be a bit less soft than her; while he does act with the same calmness and kindness among known Clanmates, he will refrain from using that same courtesy around those he is unfamiliar with, thus leading to him being more useful in hunting and keeping the borders safe.
