Flowered Gifts
Shinen never expected that one of his children would have been blessed with the flowered eyes that Koocy has. Throughout the Gaolers, they debated whether or not that this precious child would be sold. Farraige was to the decision of letting him get the chance of being adopted to a new clan, seeing the world outside of his true home. Both of the Red Gaolers agreed along with Quev. It was Sanjit who brought them a point that they didn't see. "Though he may be young, so was I and for a long time I waited for someone to adopt me as a Nocturne. Though I don't believe in the point of dragons being left alone, sometimes killed for the Deities, he may adventure off here if he wants to, it's up to the kid to decide, not all of us." Laddi smiled having walked back to watching the dragons from the clan's part-time job. From that day, Kuroba was named and stayed here, lucky that he didn't get blinded by the Primal Eyes. |
"Black Feather" or "Clover"?
It wasn't a lie that Kuroba had a rather unique name. Many dragons would have thought to name him either after the Nature Deity or something connected to his parents, but it wasn't the case. The young dragon had a nack of hanging around the darker dragons in the clan, seeing that he didn't fear Reaper, Forbidden, or Nondescript. Kuroba smiled as a bright beach floof he was, his shards melting to flowers, though it is a slow process for him. Karasuno was the one who offered the name when he came over to congratulate the new primal baby. "He doesn't fit with the common names of many dragons here, so why don't you name him Kuroba! Though dragons and clans will be confused with his translated name, Kuroba fits him well!" Black Feather was a rough translation, though Kuroba can also translate to Clover, leaving dragons confused on which translation he meant to have. |
