Despite being perfectly colored and patterned to lurk in the deepening twilight every evening and swoop down on unsuspecting dragons, she doesn't.

(Impressionable familiars haven't picked up the habit either.)




Nibs loathes a particular blue beetle and wants it crunched. The crown on Nibs' head used to sit in Ai's hoard before Nibs went foraging for appropriately kingly attire. Ai likes the blue beetle just fine.

Not-faes all seem to share a very strange concept of poetry: just standing there, still, flat, talking words, then call it pretty. Ai is an actual poet. When she describes something like "moon shining on wings in sky" she does it.

Remy asked her impeccable opinion on whether his pillow hoard was arranged aesthetically. They all fit and looked great together except her favorite one, so she went home with a pillow.
