Description:
A longtime resident of Florabrisa, Falcata is a standoffish and smugly rude dragon who takes pride in shirking off any potential lair responsibilities. Known for being contrary, he sometimes will go out of his way to avoid doing what is wanted or expected of him, though he usually just keeps to himself in his bedroom. Lair leader Tarragon often feels concerned about Tarragon and is known to check up on Falcata somewhat often. Falcata won't ever admit it, but he enjoys Tarragon's company.

When he isn't hiding in his room, he practices bowling with his pearl, which he drilled finger holes into many years ago - a brazen action that enrages his fellow Pearlcatcher, Millisievert. Over the years, Millie has tried more than a few times to get Falcata banned from the lair for his poor behavior but has never been successful. She's laid off his back in recent years, but the two still get along very poorly and are known to still growl at each other when they happen to pass by in the halls.

He sometimes leaves the lair to participate in bowling tournaments. In a bit of generosity that seems surprising for him, he usually donates most of his winnings to the lair's treasury. Local teenage Nocturne Wick thinks Falcata is very cool and funny and enjoys practicing mimicking him. Falcata finds this very annoying, but hasn't been able to shake Wick off his tail yet.

While Florabrisa's staples include baked goods and pasta, Falcata avoids eating gluten. He claims it's simply to better his bowling skills. There's totally a relation.
(No, he's legit gluten intolerant.)

Despite being from Water flight, he absolutely hates water.


Favorites:
Falcata is very closed-off and spends most of his time in his bedroom alone, contemplating life. Or napping. His laziness and lack of drive is known throughout the lair. He tends to struggle with eating, never having much of an appetite. Tarragon tries to help him though!

He took up his current bowling hobby after drilling finger holes into his pearl in some sort of display of apathy or self-loathing. He ended up having more fun with the sport than he expected, and has gotten pretty good at it over time, though he rarely lets others actually see his skills in action.


 		Appearance:
Falcata is a lanky Pearlcatcher, very tall and bony. His mane is greasy and not taken care of very well, and his arm, leg, and tail tufts are short and bristly. He has a boxy snout with mid-length whiskers and generally has on a grumpy face with a furrowed brow, showing his general contempt and displeasure for the world.

He's not a very big fan of clothing, disliking how fabric feels against his scales and not wanting to put much care into his appearance regardless. He usually sticks to just a few accessories, particularly his scarf and furred boots. He occasionally wears the flower bracelet that Tarragon made for him, but rarely shows it in public.
