Vildra nodded her head as Bastille prattled on, it had been pretty obvious to most in the clan that to Inzue and Verdai, Zuzu and Atimine were there top priority. So when Bastille had chosen to stay instead of leaving to the service of the Stormcatcher, issues had formed.
Inzue barely spoke with his son, and Verdai barely made time for her partner and adoptive kids, let alone Bastille, who she had never expected to stay.
Vildra attempted to smile understandingly, but given how distracted and fidgety Bastille was, he most likely didn't see it.
