Kaddock

Given the adoration that lit up Vertigo's eye once Mimic entered their lives led Absolem to give her yet another egg, half a year later. He chose a lightning egg, so that it would have the same eyes as it's older adopted sister. Absolem could scarcely believe what was inside of the egg that hatched in his mate's arms.
The small fur colored head had poked out of the shell first, it's eyes still closed to the world. Vertigo watched in wonder as swamp colored wings broke free next, the soft shimmer of aqua under it's coal colored fur. Absolem could only watch as his mate burst into tears at the blessing that was given to them.
This child was their youngest son, reincarnated into the world. Kaddock, the original, had been taken from the world without any warning, a fever striking him so quickly that there was little that could have been done. Vertigo had carried the scars of the loss on her heart for years.
