Ender

The devil nips at your skin, destroy your mind so no one can get in.

Dragons say that heaven smiles down into the good, so when the cold engulfed Ender as soon as he hatched they knew something was wrong with him because they fear what they can't control and you can't confine a demon, so they fall back onto there instincts and fear them, you push away things that can harm you, if a dragon can call upon the dead to fight their battles then should they fear them? or use them?
"What's wrong with him? why is he glowing green?"

Ender's mother begged the clan elder who stood there studying them both, she had seen this only once before.

"He's calling upon the dead"

The mother began to weep knowing that her child would most likely be sunned away and be forcibly ripped away from her, even though he was her only egg, she couldn't bare the pain of losing him, so she ran, deep within the night she packed up her items and fled the lair and dashed straight into the forest, she just hoped she could provide for them both as she had to avoid other clan territories and make sure her son didn't show his powers to anyone.
It had been six months and both of them were working to survive Ender often glowed green so his mother made his a large black jacket to help cover his body, which he decorated with leaves and odd jewelry he managed to find as they traveled, they made sure to avoid villages and only went in for short periods of time to buy small things that they wouldn't mind in the wild. His mother often caught him staring into space and when she called out to him he almost always replied: "I was talking to the green dragon" this made his mother be on edge and would whisk him away from the spot.

He never left his mother's side until one night he and his mother was abruptly awoken by rouge dragons going by there camp, she gave him a calm smile and told him to run deep into the forest and hide until she came to get him, so he did he bolted away making sure to cover his body as much as possible as his wings were starting to change into a bright emerald green much like the green dragons his often sees.

He waited for hours and often called out for his mother only after three days did he emerge out from the thick trees and bushes, he carefully made his way back to camp and softly called for his mother on his way. The first thing his gaze landed on when he reached the camp was the pots and pans that were thrown across the ground, he looked around until his eyes settled on a dark red substance, he traced it back to find his mother lying dead her throat slashed, he sprung to her.

"Mother, wake up"

He gently shook her.

"MOTHER WAKE UP PLEASE!"

He started balling, he sat there shaking for hours until a flash of green stood next to him.
It was his mother all in green, she held a warm expression but her eyes sparked sorrow.

"Its okay my love, carry on walking without me"

She then vanished, as green hands consumed Ender, he no longer felt anything.
