When Melody was young and adventurous, she dreamed of becoming a travelling minstrel and making a name for herself in every region on the map. Her dreams had to wait, however, because when she was very young a sudden sickness spread though the colony on the Zephyr Steppe where she was born.
The colony was the charge of the Guardian [/color]Hamon, who despaired as the tragedy unfolded as an illness was not anything he could fight to protect the colony from. He did the only thing left that he could do, carrying the few uninfected Fae remaining as far away from the old colony as possible- Dragonhome in the north. Hamon tried to help out the tiny new clan as much as he could, but he was consumed by depression over the loss of the colony and left to serve the deities as soon as Melody and Ruth could fend for themselves.
She is a Bard.
