[Greek mythology. Son of the master craftsman Daedalus. They were trying to escape from an island by means of wings, constructed from feathers and wax. His father warns him first of complacency and then of hubris, asking that he fly neither too low nor too high, so the sea's dampness would not clog his wings or the sun's heat melt them. Icarus ignored the instructions not to fly too close to the sun, whereupon the wax in his wings melted and he fell into the sea.]


Icarus is a smart, proud and sure-footed fellow, who is responsible for any communication with foreign clans, be it a conflict or a crossroad trade. Most of the time you will find him flying around, delivering letters and doing business with other dragons.
While he usually is pretty chill and friendly (despite always being incredibly busy), nobody is able to fool or trick him, and he can indeed get very unpleasant and thoroughgoing if someone tries to. Overall, he seems to be one of those dragons who barely need any sleep and cannot sit still, without having a job to accomplish. Therefore he also helps with auction house business if he has some free time on his hand.
